About Us

Fox Chase Farm is one of the most famous landmark equestrian facilities located right on Route 50 (John Mosby Hwy) in the heart of Horse Country of Middleburg, Virginia.
The farm was purchased in 2000 by Mr. and Mrs. Timothy C. Hanley, of Fairfax county, Virginia.  Mrs. Hanley, originally  from Co. Limerick, Ireland always had a love of country; she passed that love on to her children.  The Hanleys were delighted with the purchase of their new farm and Mr. Hanley had great ideas and worked closely with daughter, Maureen.  Together they had a vision for the farm.  Sadly, it was short lived as Mr. Hanley died unexpectedly in March 2002.

The farm always hosted horse shows, but Maureen wanted to do something special to honor her father.  In late 2002, she formed the Timothy C. Hanley Memorial Fox Chase Hunter Show Series (TCH Fox Chase).  The series awards top riders and trainers in what has become one of the most sought after shows in the area.  It's also the FIRST local schooling show in the nation to be a member of the United States Hunter Jumper Association (USHJA).
